Financial Conditions: For economic reasons and to provide a service that is always improving and to maintain  the highest technical tones of the TRE TORRI, the Organizing Committee (alas!) has had to add the entry “Organisation Costs” which is necessary to meet the costs of putting on the event itself.  We are nevertheless sure that participating countries, respective Federations, Clubs, Groups, as well as the Athletes themselves, Managers, Technical Staff and fans are all able to understand the need for meeting all the costs of such a sporting event as are we convinced of knowing that you understand our organisation efforts.

Costs of taking part must come to the Organizing Committee of the TRE TORRI competition in the following way:

  1. 50% of the total amount mentioned from point 1 to the point 7 by credit card in the reserved area on the website www.tretorri.org or bank transfer by 25th May 2011 and the user may pay in advance, or make up the difference in Cash and/or Credit Card.
  2. The remaining 50% may be settled at accreditation on Friday 24th June from 4 pm to 8 pm
  3. For organisational reasons, whenever payment of the 50% from point 1 to the point 7 is made after 25th May 2011, the Organizing Committee will have to apply a further 10% charge on the whole sum of the amount owed.
  4. In the case of booking additional bed space and/or extra rooms for the delegation pre-enrolled at the time of accreditation, the Secretary’s Office of the tournament will apply an increase of 10% on the amount of the figure relating to the rooms in question.
  5. In the case of cancellation of booking of rooms up to 30 days before day of arrival the total value relating to accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.
  6. room booking cancellation between 30th and 15th day prior to arrival date, 50% will be reimbursed.
  7. room booking cancellation after 15th day prior to date of arrival, the Organizing Committee will not be able to reimburse the figure regarding accommodation expenses.

Bank charges for the transfer will be at the expense of those who sent 50% of the total amount

Note: If, for any reason, the number of athletes or other members of the delegation is smaller than the number of fees paid, the balance will be neither returned nor otherwise used.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or not enrolments after 25th May 2011, where enrolment numbers have not exceeded the established number of 400 athletes.

DATE OF PAYMENT - FOR PARTICIPATING DELEGATIONS:

A) - Payment can be carried out from the time you arrive until Friday 24th June 2011 from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Official weigh-in for italian athletes:

Italian athletes, who come forward on the morning of Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th June 2011 for official weigh-in, will be able to do so only if they have paid: “Back – Badge – enrolment fee for competition – Organisation Costs”.

A person who will oversee this will check, taking account of the receipt issued by the Organizing Committee or proof of Bank Transfer payment.

Athletes'stay - entrance fee - free of charge:

The Organizing Committee will pay the board and lodging for all the athletes (and only one coach) who won the:

Gold - Silver - Bronze Medal - Olympic Games “Beijing 2008”

Gold - Silver - Bronze Medal - World Championships - “Tokyo 2010”

Gold - Silver Medal - Continental Championships 2011 (Africa – Asia - Europa – Oceania – Pan America)

The free offer for the athletes will be at our expense and goes from the lunch of Friday 24th June to the breakfast of Monday 27th June 2011.

Referees' stay - Free of charge:

The Organizing Committee will pay the Board and Lodging for Competition Officials.

For Italian referees, the Organizing Committee will abide by FIJLKAM rules and regulations.

The Free offer for Competition Officials, goes from the evening meal of Friday 24th June to the evening meal of Sunday 26th June.

The Organizing Committee will uphold this pledge for up to 10 Competition Officials (Italian and Foreign – Referees).

The port of Ancona

For the delegations that arrive by Ferry, facilitating arrivals and departures.
These transportation arrangements are only made available to participants who stay at the “Holiday” Tourist Centre or other structures with an agreement with the Organizing Committee of the tournament.

Arrivals:

To facilitate the smooth running of the event, it is extremely important to plan your arrivals directly at “Raffaello Sanzio” Airport in Falconara Marittima. If possible on Wednesday 22nd June and/or Thursday 23rd June 2011.

In order to avoid jet lag problems due to time-zone differences, the arrivals of delegations coming from ASIA – THE AMERICAS – OCEANIA should be arranged to arrive on Monday 20th - Tuesday  21st June 2011.

Departures:

Should take place on Monday 27th June, or on Friday 1st July 2011 after the Randori – Judo Training Camp.

The Organizing Committee will guarantee transport by Bus or by Car to Falconara Marittima Airport and/or to the Port of Ancona also on: Tuesday 28th – Wednesday 29th – Thursday 30th June - Friday 1st July 2011.

Getting there:

Those arriving by themselves (Car – Minibus – Bus) - Motorway A14 (Bologna - Taranto) - Exit Civitanova Marche. Follow the directions to Civitanova Marche SS 16 (southerly direction) - 3 km. to Porto Sant’Elpidio. The “Holiday” Tourist Centre is right at the beginning of the town.

Porto Sant’Elpidio is on the SS 16 Adriatica main road, between the motorway exits of Civitanova Marche (to the north) and Porto San Giorgio (to the south).

The A14 “Civitanova Marche” motorway exit, follow signs for Civitanova Marche, SS16 (southerly direction) – 3 km for Porto Sant’Elpidio.Per chi arriva con i propri mezzi (Macchina – Mini-bus – Pullman)

Getting there:

Motorway A14 - Exit Civitanova Marche.

Proof of identity (Identity Card – Passport) and a list of the registered athletes and/or a list of the whole delegation to the Reception desk of the TRE TORRI Secretary’s Office at the “Holiday” Tourist Centre;

The staff in charge of accommodation (Hotel Residence - Bungalows) will hand over the keys of the room and/or bungalow assigned in the Secretary’s Office upon payment of any amount due to the Tournament Secretary.

Rooms must be vacated no later than 12 am on day of departure. The Team Leaders and/or occupiers will be held responsible for any damage to lodgings following an inspection for this eventuality.

Photos - Badge - Back Stitching:

In order to facilitate the smooth running of the event, the Head of Delegation – Manager – Coach has to bring photos of each member.

A) Upon Booking the person in charge must send the digital photos of participants by E-mail, to the TRE TORRI Secretary’s Office. The above photos must be saved: (in jpg and/or gif format).

B) The badge will be the official document during the whole TRE TORRI event; in place of (Identity Card or Passport).

C) The photos for Badges will have to be handed in to the staff for printing and lamination and the Badge will be printed once enrolment has been paid and photo handed in on Friday 24th June from 4 pm to 8 pm.

D) Stitching onto backs of 2 (1 white – 1 blue) judogi at crediting Friday 24th June from 4 pm to 8 pm. Saturday 25th June from 7 am to 9 am, in the area near the Sporting Venue.

Training - Unofficial weigh in:

A) Italian and foreign delegations may use the covered Modular Structure for training purposes which is set up in the area behind the Sports venue as of Wednesday 22nd June 2011.

B) Unofficial weighing checksare permitted on the days leading up to the competition. The Tournament Secretary will inform the head of the delegation  where the scales are.

Morning: Time: 9 am to 11 am. - Afternoon: Time: 4 pm to 8 pm.
